The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, provide technical support to end-users, implement and manage security measures, and ensure the overall efficiency and reliability of the IT environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Administer and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure components. Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and patches. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software-related issues. Assist in the setup and configuration of user accounts, email, and other access credentials. Conduct user training sessions to enhance overall IT literacy within the organization.
