About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Parsons Corporation UAE. As a key member of our estimating and contract administration team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on major infrastructure projects in the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation and contract administration activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with company and project procedures and practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on estimating and contract administration best practices, and ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction contract commercial documents, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in estimating and contract administration on major infrastructure projects in the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with company and project procedures and practices, as well as typical project controls software such as AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and Microstation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
