  • Receivables and Collections: Follow up with clients to collect overdue rental payments, maximizing EPICO revenue. Identify and communicate with rent defaulters, updating line managers on collection progress to minimize bad debt.
  • Routine Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate debtor reports, ensuring timely reporting of collection details to line managers. Provide support with EPICO admin operations to resolve customer and municipality-related issues.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants to limit complaints, ensuring retention and repeat business through enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in property leasing, with at least 2 years in a senior tenant liaison and collection role in the UAE market.
