Lead Integrity Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is essential, with at least 8 years specifically in the oil and gas sector at the Integrity Engineer level.

Certifications:

Mandatory certifications include API 510 and API 570, along with ASNT Level 2 in UT, PT, RT, and MPT. Additional certifications such as API 653 or API 581 are considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Head of Processing and the Head of Maintenance & Integrity to formulate the annual and long-term maintenance strategies for all facilities, aligning with the company's overarching maintenance goals.

2. Assist in the development of Asset Integrity Management (AIM) plans for all surface processing facilities, ensuring compliance with the company's AIM policies.

3. Support the approval process for AIM enhancement plans to achieve AIM policy objectives.

4. Aid in the approval of annual maintenance and inspection plans for the Steel & Integrity sections, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term maintenance strategies.

5. Oversee the implementation of approved plans across facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets to maintain seamless operations.

6. Supervise and coordinate the inspection, maintenance, and integrity assurance of all relevant equipment and systems across offshore facilities.

7. In cases of outsourcing inspection activities, ensure effective coordination and oversight of contractor operations.

8. Monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and technical expertise utilized in maintenance and installation tasks to uphold the company's Asset Integrity Management policies.

9. Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and contractors to address and resolve integrity-related issues, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and professionally.

10. Provide strong leadership to build an effective Integrity team, setting individual objectives, managing performance, and fostering staff development to enhance both individual and departmental performance.

11. Represent the company in external forums, presentations, and negotiations as required.

12. Assist the Group Head of Processing in preparing budgets for the Processing Section based on production maintenance and inspection plans, coordinating all activities in compliance with approved budgets and timelines.
