As a Recreation Activities Coordinator at Marriott International, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to our guests, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere in our recreation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
• Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
• Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
• Promote the rules and regulations of recreation facilities for the safety and welfare of guests and members
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
• Provide cashier services and assist with private functions
• Clean and maintain recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of recreation facilities and activities
