This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior legal counsel to support experienced lawyers on matters related to corporate and commercial law in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for conducting research and overseeing local changes in applicable laws and regulations. They will also communicate and implement relevant legal documents accordingly.

To be considered, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Law and established knowledge of corporate and commercial processes. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory, as well as Arabic language skills. Russian language proficiency is also required.

Candidates with European or Russian experience are preferred due to the multi-jurisdictional nature of the role. A maximum of 3 years of experience is acceptable for this position.
