Job Title: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at ARENGY, a Digital and Cybersecurity Consulting Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
  • Provide one-on-one and team coaching to enhance Agile maturity.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct assessments of team performance and Agile maturity, providing actionable feedback and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, helping to cultivate a mindset of innovation and adaptability.
  • Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and management to align Agile practices with business objectives and drive organizational change.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and identify areas for growth.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and resources to support Agile practices across teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile coaching or related roles, ideally within a startup or R&D environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience in implementing Agile methodologies in diverse teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to identify challenges and drive solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfortable working in a startup atmosphere, embracing change and uncertainty with a positive attitude.
