Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful deployment of wireless networks, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that may arise during network deployment or operation, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations for network optimization, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RAN technology, applying knowledge to improve network performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the RAN, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network designs and configurations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on RAN design and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and protocols, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Experience with network planning and optimization tools, such as NSP, TEMS, or other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus, but not required.
