Job Description

The Office Manager and Financial Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk operation, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to visitors. This role also involves handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments with a keen understanding of company services and offerings.

In addition to these duties, the Office Manager and Financial Coordinator will maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. They will prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, ensuring timely payments and efficient cash flow management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or accounting role. They should be proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis.
