Job Summary
We are seeking an Accommodation Attendant to join our team at Anantara Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all rooms or beds for new arrivals
- Report maintenance and repair requests to the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader
- Conduct monthly inventory of furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, and cleaning materials
- Ensure proper key controls are in place
- Report any fire or safety hazards to the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader
- Follow measures to minimize wastage of materials and amenities used in the accommodation
- Provide overall assistance to the Property and Casualty department as required
- Keep equipment clean, tidy, and well-maintained according to the Accommodation Operations Manual
- Carry out special tasks assigned by the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader
- Report damaged or missing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor for action and follow-up
- Keep keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the end of the shift to the ambassador in charge
- Ensure all team members enjoy their stay within the accommodation compound by providing cleanliness and hygienic service
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader
- Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services for female team members
- Support female team members with personal care and grooming needs as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience working in a salon or similar environment is an added advantage
- Skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming are essential
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing or Housekeeping
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in Excel is an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
