Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar role within a multi-site business
  • Strong understanding of business functions, including HR, finance, and operations
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and leadership
  • Experience in new operation set-up, preferably in the Saudi market
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • BSc/BBA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
