We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort - Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist the Director of Finance in preparing the annual budget and forecast, ensuring that financial plans are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure that monthly and year-end Profit & Loss financial statements are verified and closed on schedule, and that the Trial Balance is verified every month prior to closing.
- Cash Flow Management: Prepare the Cash Flow statement and ensure that payments processed are supported by proper documents as per the company's policies.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Design various financial and analytical reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Internal Controls: Ensure that internal controls are in place to prevent financial misstatements and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure that financial objectives are met.
- Communication: Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and external auditors.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
