We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Leader to join our team and drive sales initiatives in the luxury hospitality segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the unique value propositions and experiences of Rixos and All Inclusive Collection at major events, trade shows, and client engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with global, regional, and property-based sales teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and continuously seek improvements to enhance the Rixos & All Inclusive Collection MICE experience in alignment with brand goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts, prioritizing the UK market.
  • Tailored Solutions: Design and implement customized sales strategies and packages that cater to the specific needs and preferences of luxury clientele.
  • Partnerships and Relationships: Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive revenue and brand positioning as a luxury leader.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in the luxury hotel or resort industry.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and profitability.
  • Established network within the luxury travel sector, including high-net-worth individuals, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for building key relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Multilingual skills and experience working across global markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or Hospitality (MBA preferred).
