We are seeking a results-driven Holiday Homes Acquisition Specialist to join our team at STATUS Holiday Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to acquire new apartments from property owners and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness.
  • You will create and lead a high-performing team focused on business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • You will analyse market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • You will achieve a target of expanding our portfolio to over 500 properties by the end of the year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the holiday homes industry with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new apartments.
  • UAE Driver's License is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
