About the Role:
  • This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process
  • You'll understand client needs and objectives, presenting them with tailored proposals and solutions
  • Answer RFPs and create quotations for events
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for their events
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines
  • Grow the revenue of the assigned accounts
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in an agency/client-facing role
  • Strong organizational, client, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Able to work and perform independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, AI, and event management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Willingness to travel for events as required, in the GCC
  • Fluent in French and English (both writing and speaking). Arabic is a plus
