As a member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining existing client accounts. This includes performing quality assurance checks on processed applications and transactions, providing transaction monitoring, evaluation, control, and communication to existing clients, preparing and conducting financial literacy training, and supporting other areas of the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in finance, CDD, EDD, and AML is highly advantageous.
