Job Summary

As an Anesthesiologist at WizeJob, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anesthesia Administration: Administer anesthesia and pain medications using various methods.
  • Patient Monitoring: Supervise patients before, during, and after surgery, monitoring their condition and responding to any complications.
  • Disease Diagnosis: Take medical histories, examine patients, and order diagnostic procedures to determine patient risk.
  • Life Support: Provide airway management and life support during emergency surgery.
  • Post-Surgical Recovery: Monitor patients post-surgery and determine when they are stable enough to move to another room or return home.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with other professionals to develop procedures and plans, directing the duties of medical technicians, nurses, and other support staff.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Doctor of Medicine degree with anesthesiology residency.
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience as an anesthesiologist.
  • Be board-certified in anesthesiology.
  • Possess skills in epidurals, spinals, and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
