Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to support transaction execution.
  • Undertake comprehensive industry research and market analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and present client deliverables, such as pitch books and information memoranda.
  • Negotiate and structure transaction terms and agreements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain and update transaction databases and deal tracking systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is advantageous.
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, with a focus on M&A.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
