  • Sourcing profiles on our career's website, job boards, and through LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Shortlisting applicants and searching candidates through our SuccessFactors careers database.
  • Providing candidates with an excellent candidate journey and experience throughout their recruitment process.
  • Informing candidates fully about CHALHOUB Group, the job they are applying for, and our recruitment process.
  • Providing testing or case studies to candidates where needed for Finance and Commercial roles.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for candidates flying over to Dubai for interviews.
  • Helping with coordinating interviews and sending calendar invites to recruiters and managers.
  • Giving feedback to candidates in a timely manner on their interviews.
  • Phone screening candidates and providing feedback to managers and recruiters.
  • Handling multiple positions at one time, whether permanent roles or internship positions.
  • Dealing with multi-level stakeholders across different areas of the business.
  • Conducting briefing meetings with recruiters and line managers.
  • Producing reports and using basic Excel skills.
  • Assisting with sourcing profiles and handling all admin for retail assessment centers.
