Job Overview:
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our organization, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and strong proficiency in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather purchase requirements from team members and raise purchase requisitions on Oracle or place orders with inventory.
- Follow up on pending approvals to ensure the purchase process is smooth and fast.
- Support the RFX (Request for Quotation) process by coordinating with business stakeholders to draft RFX documents.
- Provide receiving support to the procurement team for services delivered.
- Follow up on overdue payments with the Finance department as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the IS (Information Systems) team and the procurement process to ensure seamless working.
- Coordinate with the team to complete FTC Timesheets (TS).
- Support other administrative initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Oracle
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
