The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining records for high-rise buildings and luxury villas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise site operations to ensure smooth execution of work.
  2. Audit work execution to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
  4. Manage records to ensure accurate documentation.
  5. Verify materials received on site against Contractor's approved submissions.
  6. Inspect construction works to ensure adherence to shop drawings and project specifications.
  7. Conduct testing and commissioning for all mechanical services.
  8. Detect non-conformity to specifications and drawings.
  9. Collaborate with other engineers for approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience as a site engineer.
  2. Ability to join immediately; candidates with 3-5 years of experience in UAE are preferred.
  3. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
