Job Description

Job Summary:

The American University of Sharjah seeks a highly qualified Clinical Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation to join its faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach four courses per semester in entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Develop and implement curriculum in entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Mentor students in research and project-based learning
  • Engage in service to the university and the community

Requirements:

  • PhD in Management from an AACSB-accredited university
  • Strong teaching ability and experience in entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Ability to develop and implement curriculum in entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching entrepreneurship and innovation courses
  • Publication record in entrepreneurship and innovation research
  • Experience in industry or entrepreneurship
