Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Bring client profiles up to date with the latest onboarding standards, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Policy Review: Review and cross-reference our policies and procedures against local regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Document Management: Locate and collate available Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents, review existing CDD, and determine what is missing.
  • Compliance Timelines: Review documentation to ensure it meets compliance and regulatory timelines.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform a gap analysis of available documentation to identify any missing information.
  • Client Communication: Reach out to clients for missing CDD and work closely with the Client Services/Operations team to align on client communication and contact.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform a high-level risk assessment on the data received.
  • Document Renaming: Rename documentation following agreed naming criteria and ensure the latest documentation and client correspondences are filed on the required document management system.
  • Data Quality: Update required systems with all client data, ensuring data quality and storage in the required area as per naming convention guidelines.
  • Client Entity System: Input all data into our client entity system for all entities, relevant related parties, and underlying assets, creating the required cards.
  • Key Person Profiles: Populate linked key person profile forms.
  • Automated Screening: Test and confirm that automated overnight screening is enabled.
  • Data Upkeep: Ensure all data is up to date and uploaded.
  • CDD Alignment: Ensure close alignment with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to ensure CDD is up to date and complete.
  • Onboarding Files: Prepare files for onboarding to be reviewed and approved by the local MLRO, including Risk Assessments, CTO, and Screening results, as well as filling in GBAC forms as applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Align closely with the MLRO, project lead, and Client Services/Operations team.
  • Tracker Updates: Update trackers with the status per client.
