Job Description:

The Executive - NOC - Centre of Excellence will be responsible for:

  • Proactive System Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively detect anomalies and trends, and escalate critical issues promptly to the appropriate teams.
  • Incident Response: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating as needed, and maintain accurate logs of all incidents, including resolution steps and timelines.
  • Effective Coordination & Communication: Provide regular updates to the NOC Manager on system performance and ongoing issues, and prepare regular reports on NOC activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and system performance.
