RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE :

  • Diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens en instrumentation dans la conception, la spécification, l'installation, les tests et la mise en service des systèmes d'instrumentation pour des projets dans le secteur du Pétrole et du Gaz.
  • Développer et examiner les conceptions d'ingénierie en instrumentation, les spécifications et les dessins, en veillant à la conformité avec les exigences des clients, les normes de l'industrie (par exemple, API, ANSI, ISA) et les réglementations de sécurité.
  • Fournir un leadership technique et un mentorat à l'équipe d'ingénierie en instrumentation, favorisant une culture d'apprentissage et de développement continu.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs de projet, les ingénieurs de processus et d'autres parties prenantes pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse des systèmes d'instrumentation avec les exigences globales du projet.
  • Réaliser des examens techniques, des études de faisabilité et des évaluations des risques pour les systèmes et composants d'instrumentation.
  • Participer aux revues de sécurité HAZOP et autres revues de sécurité liées aux systèmes d'instrumentation, en veillant à ce que les solutions de conception atténuent efficacement les risques potentiels.
  • Effectuer des visites de site, des inspections et des audits pour vérifier le respect des spécifications de conception, des normes de sécurité et des jalons du projet.
  • Préparer et examiner la documentation technique, y compris les fiches techniques, les spécifications d'approvisionnement, les procédures FAT/SAT et les manuels d'exploitation.
  • Soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement en examinant la documentation des fournisseurs, en participant aux évaluations techniques et en veillant à la conformité avec les exigences du projet.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances de l'industrie, des avancées technologiques et des changements réglementaires pertinents pour l'ingénierie en instrumentation.

QUALIFICATIONS CLÉS :

  • Diplôme de Bachelor en Ingénierie Électrique, Électronique ou en Instrumentation. Un diplôme de Master est un atout.
  • Expérience avérée de 5 ans en tant qu'Ingénieur en Instrumentation Senior dans l'industrie du Pétrole et du Gaz, avec une vaste expérience en conseil technique et en gestion de projet.
  • Compréhension approfondie des principes de conception en instrumentation, des systèmes de contrôle de processus et des technologies d'automatisation.
  • Maîtrise des outils logiciels d'ingénierie tels qu'AutoCAD, SPI, SmartPlant Instrumentation ou équivalent.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes et codes internationaux (par exemple, IEC, NEC, NEMA) applicables à l'ingénierie en instrumentation.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de diriger et de motiver efficacement une équipe.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités, à respecter les délais et à fournir des résultats de haute qualité.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec une attention aux détails et un engagement envers l'amélioration continue.
  • Compétences en communication efficaces (à la fois verbales et écrites) et capacité à collaborer efficacement à travers les équipes et les disciplines.
  • Licence d'Ingénieur Professionnel (PE) ou certification équivalente préférée.
