Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the architecture of services to support the Supply Chain department. This includes developing the framework for each of the programs used, ensuring that it is solid, and that the programs meet the business requirements and are S.M.A.R.T. The role will develop a team whose skills and capabilities will ensure excellent performance both in the development of the programs as well as the execution, implementation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business intelligence and analytics programs to support the Supply Chain department.
  • Manage contract software and ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop KPIs for the team in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 4+ years' prior experience in successfully managing supply chain administration functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of administrative processes and exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and e-Sourcing.
  • Prior experience working with suppliers and resources within the UAE market is preferred.
