Job Description:

Recruiter Position Available

We're seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team, responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of LEAMS Education adhering to Safer Recruitment Policy guidelines.

This role involves working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and candidate experience.

  • This includes efficiently following recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and supporting the HR Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of HR recruitment processes.
  • The ideal candidate will also build and maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging various channels, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and preparing regular reports on hiring metrics is also crucial.
  • In addition, this role requires ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

Necessary Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the education sector.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
