Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Officer - Partnerships to join our team, who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our business partners, including IBs and affiliates.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, and IB structures. They will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement initiatives, such as trading contests, referral programs, and promotional campaigns, to drive higher client activity through IBs. They will also work with IBs to develop strategies for maintaining and growing the number of referred clients, as well as the value of deposits and trading volume.

We are looking for someone with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. They should also have a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, including IBs and affiliates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnership, or Business Development position in a financial services company. They should also have experience using partner management platforms or CRM tools to track performance and manage relationships.
