Role Overview

This position plays a crucial role in the success of the business unit or organization by ensuring that associates have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.

The Learning Senior Instructor will report to the Regional Learning Delivery Manager and work closely with other stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning programs that meet the needs of the business.
  • Deliver learning programs using various instructional methods.
  • Maintain classroom facilities and equipment.
  • Update and maintain course content.
  • Work with the Learning Senior Specialist and Learning Business Partner to measure learning program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Education or a related technical discipline OR 3-5 years of experience working in Learning or Education-related discipline or field experience as an ATM technician.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic. Any additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Strong (demonstrated) public speaking or presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Experienced with working in a matrix-managed organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related technical discipline OR 5-7 years of experience working in Learning or Education-related discipline or field experience as an ATM technician.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment, juggle multiple projects, and adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Training or practical experience in academic tests and measurements.
  • Ability to visualize and verbalize technical concepts in understandable terms and be instructionally savvy to create and deliver clear and effective instructional content.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Experience with ATMs (i.e. NCR, Diebold, Wincor).
  • Experience with networking products (i.e. Cisco routers/switches).
