Financial Management:
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Evaluate and advise on costs associated with project design changes.

Contract Administration:
- Oversee the preparation of contract documents.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Handle claims and disputes related to contracts.
Financial Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track project financial performance.
- Prepare regular cost reports for project stakeholders.

Quantity Take-Offs and Bill Preparation:
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for all aspects of work.

Project Coordination:

Risk Management:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualified experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University with a Professional membership of a recognized institution (in Quantity Surveying Division) with a minimum of 5 years of post-membership/Bachelor's/Master's experience, or a Civil Engineering Degree with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualified experience in Quantity Surveying, or a Civil Engineering Degree with a Professional membership of a recognized institution (in Quantity Surveying Division) or Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years of post-membership/Master's experience.
