About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at TikTok. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing vertical strategies to drive business growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vertical Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement vertical strategies to drive business growth and revenue objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize key accounts within the vertical and develop plans to grow existing relationships.
  • Content and Narrative Development
    • Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect industry-based trends and use cases that match our partners' business objectives.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities.
    • Develop a consultative approach to offer best-in-class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs.
  • Client Education and Support
    • Educate brands' stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical.
    • Ensure a state-of-the-art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and cross-functional teams.
  • Initiative and Leadership
    • Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise
    • Expertise in the focused industry, preferably as a brand owner or part of the digital transformation/digital media team.
  • Digital Media Ecosystem Understanding
    • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and/or hands-on experience working with media agencies and industry partners.
  • Business Acumen
    • Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives.
  • Communication and Strategic Skills
    • Best-in-class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision-makers in the region.
  • Self-Starter and Team Player
    • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up.
    • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
    • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
    • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills - a team player and collaborator.
  • Language Skills
    • Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.
