Human Resources Strategic Consultant

We are looking for a talented Human Resources Strategic Consultant to join our team at MCG Talent. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to departmental managers on HR-related matters.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and revise HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
As a Business Partner and HR Advisor, you will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. You will also oversee and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Job Requirements: Analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in HR operations.
