Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced banking professional to join our team as Associate Director – Global Markets. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our Global Markets Sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients across the UAE and beyond.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Originate and distribute Global Markets solutions to key target clients, ensuring alignment with revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through engaging storytelling, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all GM Sales requirements across the client, aligned with FAB's regulatory compliance and best practice standards.
- Collaborate closely with GM product coverage teams and enablement functions to achieve outstanding results.
- Promote a positive team culture, supporting team members as required.
- Evaluate and escalate client/internal/monetary impacting issues to line manager within a suitable timeframe.
- Participate in client events, forums, and offsite events as needed.
- Optimize customer flow activity and cross-selling opportunities to grow the GM franchise.
Coverage and Segment Coverage
Segment coverage will be assigned by the line manager, focusing on specific countries or regions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within a well-established international bank.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk valuation and management control tools.
- Strong knowledge of MIS and performance metrics to drive client portfolio growth.
- Familiarity with working in high-volume, high-pressure environments.
