  2. Design and Implementation: Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
  3. Testing and Inspection: Confirm system capabilities by designing testing methods, testing properties, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  4. Installation and Maintenance: Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  5. Project Management: Oversee project efforts to ensure projects are complete satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
  7. Team Leadership: Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge and Skills

  • Methods and practices used in the supervision and training of personnel.
  • Occupational hazards and standard safety precautions necessary in the workplace.
  • Equipment and processes of water and wastewater equipment like screens, clarifiers, and thickeners.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and SCADA system repair.
