- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate health and safety information to employees, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that health and safety protocols are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Health and Safety Officer with a strong background in occupational health and safety.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Education and Certification: NEBOSH/IOSH certification and a degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
