Job Summary:

iTech Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Manager to lead our BIM projects and ensure their successful execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • BIM Standards and Compliance: Establish and maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of BIM engineers, architects, and coordinators to execute and deliver BIM projects.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to project personnel to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and standards to optimize BIM project delivery.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage client and stakeholder expectations, provide regular project updates, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM project management, including supervisory skills.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, processes, and systems; proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Autodesk Civil 3D, Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Other: Ability to use judgment, problem-solving ability, self-starting, and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors.
