Office Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team as an administrative professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with landlords and clients, facilitating communication and coordination for property viewings, meetings, and transactions.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of real estate contracts, property deeds, leases, and other essential documents.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in real estate.
Your Strengths:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and laws is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
