Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating technical excellence in pricing large corporate healthcare schemes and skills in evaluating medical trends and key inflation drivers.
  • Deep understanding of private medical insurance benefits offered in the region and minimum benefits mandated by the regulators.
  • Providing technical pricing impacts for benefit changes and suggestions on enhancements/cost containment of benefits with related impacts to the clients and related functions.
  • Working within delegated limits and authorities on complex assignments, requiring coordination and negotiating skills to achieve business goals and maximize customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance and 8 or more years of experience in related field. Additionally, they should possess professional qualifications such as AFPC (Pensions), APMI, IMC. Strong knowledge of healthcare pricing for large corporates in the region is also essential.
