Job Description:- Prepare Comprehensive Financial Reports: Develop and prepare detailed business financial reports in areas of income, expenses, capital usage, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Document Management: Prepare and manage various financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable in Odoo, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Vendor Invoice Verification: Verify and check the accuracy of vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment processing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing regular audits and resolving discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Confidentiality and Security: Protect financial information by keeping it confidential, following internal controls, and completing database backups to prevent data loss.
- Payroll and VAT Processing: Prepare monthly payroll and WPS processing, as well as VAT return submissions to the FTA in a timely manner.
- Office HR and Purchasing Tasks: Carry out various office HR and purchasing tasks, maintaining documents and records to ensure all files are kept up-to-date.
- Certifications: Additional certification (CPA or CA) is highly valued but not required.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of UAE work experience is necessary for this role.
