About the Senior Construction Superintendent E&I Role
We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Senior Construction Superintendent E&I to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting HSE awareness and ensuring that all project HSE requirements are implemented and adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective construction oversight in area of discipline specialty (E&I or Mechanical).
- Develop close working relationships between all assigned construction team members, HSE, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
- Cordinate with Contractors and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate construction hazards and risks.
- Review and monitor construction schedules to ensure achievability and identify opportunities for early mitigation of slippage.
- Ensure high-quality construction results, including records and tests, to facilitate smooth pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university/college or equivalent level site experience in similar roles.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with comprehensive hands-on experience in Construction Engineering.
- Good HSE awareness and commitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to make independent decisions and develop solutions to complex problems.
