The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating financial risks associated with our clients' operations.
About the Role- Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent financial crimes
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and report any potential risks
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, and internal compliance teams regarding KYC and AML matters
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global sanctions regulations (OFAC, EU, UN), AML directives, and UAE financial compliance laws
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Implement and maintain effective risk management systems and controls
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on risk-related matters
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, KYC, AML, or financial compliance
- Experience in commodity trading, financial institutions, or corporate compliance
- Strong understanding of global sanctions regulations (OFAC, EU, UN), AML directives, and UAE financial compliance laws
