We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Professional for Railway Projects to join our team at Presentail SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all contracts related to our rail project during the construction phase.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing contract negotiations, and providing support during the construction supervision phase.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and corporate protocols.
  2. Negotiations: Lead negotiations for complex contractual issues, representing the organization in discussions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing advice on potential opportunities and threats.
  4. Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting any contractual risks and opportunities.
  5. Claims Management: Liaise with the Claims Manager to ensure a robust response to any claims, in compliance with the contract.
  6. Technical Data Provision: Ensure the provision of all necessary technical data to the Contract Administration Senior Manager.
  7. Contractual Presentations: Prepare and deliver contractual presentations as required.
  8. Liaison with Departments: Work closely with the required departments to ensure compliance with any legal, financial, and corporate protocols.
  9. Contractual Progress Meetings: Drive progression via contractual progress meetings, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
