Requirements\

  • 12+ years of experience in leadership roles in nursing, including at least 5 years in a hospital leadership position.\
  • Demonstrate significant experience in situational leadership, human resource management, and people development.\
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety systems and processes, including clinical risk and safeguarding vulnerable people.\\[
