- Manage project budgets focusing on achieving high-impact design outcomes within financial parameters.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless design, construction, and retail operations integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail design and construction projects in the UAE.
- A proven track record of delivering visually stunning and commercially successful retail projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative retail design concepts and successful implementations.
- Excellent understanding of retail space planning, customer flow, and experiential design principles.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to creative teams and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
