Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial advisors by providing comprehensive research, analysis, and documentation to enhance client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with financial advisors to create and maintain comprehensive financial plans for a diverse client base.
- Conduct thorough research on financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory developments to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports, cash flow projections, and other financial documents that align with clients' objectives and needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all aspects of financial planning.
- Assist in the client onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting suitability assessments.
- Review and update client files and financial plans regularly to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and advisors to address queries and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications in financial planning (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a paraplanning role or similar, preferably within a wealth management setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
