NAFIS is a governmental federal initiative aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Emirati human resources and empowering them to secure positions in the private sector of the United Arab Emirates over the next five years. This initiative is part of the Projects of the 50, which seek to accelerate the development journey of the UAE. To comply with the UAE nationalization law, our company must hire 10% nationals from UAE by year 2026.
Position Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer for Talent Pal, you will be an integral part of a team that provides service and customer support to local healthcare facilities, along with service experts who deliver global support, training, and tailored solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install healthcare equipment according to established standards, ensuring quality and timely installation.
- Conduct planned maintenance and modifications to equipment within the scheduled timeframe and quality standards.
- Perform corrective maintenance, with support from tier 2 helpdesk when necessary.
- Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, and other assigned paperwork.
- Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads through visits and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
As a professional representative for Talent Pal, you will address customer issues while ensuring personal acceptability in appearance and behavior in line with company policies and targets.
You Are the Right Fit If:
1. You are an Emirati national holding a Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS.
2. You possess a post-2022 university degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3. You are fluent in both English and Arabic.
4. You have a customer-oriented mindset.
5. You are available for business trips within the UAE (at least 60% of the working time).
