Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Coordination:
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government departments, to facilitate progress and avoid delays. - Team Coordination:
Work closely with the construction supervision team to ensure effective coordination and communication. - Project Logs:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, handing over, and final accounts. - Progress Meetings:
Arrange and chair progress meetings with government departments and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Document Review:
Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing and approving shop drawings, design proposals, and other project-related documents. - Specifications and Reports:
Develop and maintain specifications, reports, and cost estimates for project-related activities. - Resource Coordination:
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization. - Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of inspectors and surveyors to ensure effective project delivery. - Design Approval:
Review and approve design documents and construction plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. - Progress Reports:
Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including weekly and monthly reports. - Project Handover:
Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the respective service authorities and assist the contractor in obtaining necessary final clearance. - Nonconforming Works:
Identify and address nonconforming works, generate reports, and coordinate corrective actions. - Client Service Management:
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients to ensure excellent service delivery. - Utility Diversions:
Develop and implement effective utility diversion strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery. - Safety Practices:
