We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our FSSC business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
  • Manage a team of financial accountants and controllers, ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Drive improvements and optimize financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance transparency and visibility into current and future financial outcomes.
  • Responsible for the complete planning & control cycle.
  • Act as a sparring partner to senior (financial) management, providing both solicited and unsolicited advice to management.
  • Initiate and manage finance-related improvement projects.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management with a proven track record in a shared service environment.
  • Experience working in an international diverse organization.
