The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in law practice after admittance as a lawyer in the GCC region and excellent expertise in legal aspects of retail activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To provide expert advice on legal matters related to retail operations.
  2. To develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  3. To review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  4. To provide training and guidance to colleagues on legal matters.
  5. To stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the retail industry.
  6. To liaise with external parties including government agencies and suppliers.
  7. To manage and resolve legal disputes and claims.
  8. To collaborate with other teams to implement effective risk management strategies.
