About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury 5-star hotel or restaurant. A WSET Level-3 degree or equivalent is also required, along with exceptional knowledge of wine vintages. Clear and effective communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in at least one additional language is preferred.
